We specialize in advanced aluminium forming technologies — including Squeeze Casting, Rotary Forging, and Flow Forming — serving the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors. We also offer a full One Stop Service covering Mold Making, Casting, Machining, Surface Treatment, Assembly, and Packaging.

Our main production facility is located at 535 Moo.1 Makham Khu, Nikom Phattana, Rayong, Thailand 21180 — within Rayong Industrial Zone, 45 km from Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port and 135 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The NDC group has over four decades of experience in aluminium forming, with roots tracing back to Yuan Liang Machine Co., Ltd., founded in Taiwan in 1977. Our Thailand facility became operational in 2024.

Squeeze Casting — 2,500 pcs.
Die Casting — 3,000 pcs.
Rotary Forging — 200 pcs.
Flow Forming — 100 pcs.

Our daily capacity varies by machine and process. For example, our Squeeze Casting lines can produce up to 1,130 pcs/day, and our Rotary Forging line up to 1,760 pcs/day. Contact us for a full capacity breakdown based on your specific requirements.

Yes. All molds are designed and manufactured entirely in-house — from 3D CAD engineering and CAM design through to mold assembly and trial validation. This gives us full control over precision, quality, and lead times.

We primarily work with aluminium alloys, optimized for semi-solid metal (SSM) processing and precision forming applications.

We offer a comprehensive range including Powder Coating, Anodizing, Chrome Plating, Nitriding, Polishing, Painting, Heat Treatment, Sand Blasting, and Electro Deposition (ED).

We are certified with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). We are currently pursuing IATF 16949 certification in preparation for automotive mass production.

We implement a multi-stage quality control process — including incoming material checks, in-process quality control (PQC) at every key stage, and final quality control (FQC) before delivery. Key checks include dimensional inspection, surface inspection, hardness testing, and metallographic structure analysis.
