Beyond Conventional Manufacturing
At NDC Industrial, technology is not just a tool — it is our foundation. We invest in advanced aluminium forming processes that deliver superior strength, precision, and efficiency — giving our customers a genuine competitive advantage in global markets.
Three Core Technologies. One Unmatched Capability.
While conventional manufacturing relies on brute force and high waste, NDC Industrial’s proprietary forming technologies deliver near-net-shape precision with less material, less energy, and greater structural integrity — setting a new benchmark for what aluminium manufacturing can achieve.

Squeeze Casting
Semi-Solid Metal Technology Near-net-shape aluminium components with the strength of forging and the complexity of casting, minimal porosity, high fatigue resistance

Rotary Forging
Precision Forming at Lower Force Rotating dies and controlled axial pressure deliver exceptional dimensional accuracy, near-net-shape output, and shorter cycle times, with flexible MOQ.

Flow Forming
Lightweight. Seamless. Strong. The perfect technology for high-performance aluminium wheels and structural components, combining enhanced grain structure with superior impact resistance.
01 — Squeeze Casting (Semi-Solid Metal)
The Strength of Forging. The Complexity of Casting. Squeeze Casting using Semi-Solid Metal (SSM) is our flagship technology — combining the dimensional accuracy of casting with the mechanical strength of forging in a single, highly controlled process. SSM Squeeze Casting is an advanced manufacturing process that combines semi-solid metal forming with high-pressure solidification.
Best For Automotive structural components, brake systems, suspension parts, aerospace brackets, and high-load industrial components.

SSM & Rheocasting
It is the initialism of Semi-Solid-Metal.
02 — Rotary Forging
Precision Forming With a Fraction of the Force. Rotary Forging is a precision metal forming process that uses rotating dies and controlled axial pressure to gradually shape a workpiece — delivering exceptional accuracy and surface quality with significantly lower energy requirements than conventional forging.
Best For Automotive wheels, gear components, aerospace parts, and any application requiring high dimensional accuracy with complex geometry.

03 — Flow Forming
Strength Through Motion. Flow Forming combines the principles of rotary forging and spin forming to produce seamless, lightweight aluminium components with an enhanced grain structure — delivering exceptional impact resistance and fatigue performance in a near-net-shape output.
Best For Lightweight aluminium alloy wheels (15″–17″), aerospace components, and structural parts requiring high strength-to-weight ratio.
