NDC Industrial Opens State-of-the-Art Facility in Rayong, Marking a New Era for Aluminium Manufacturing in Thailand
NDC Industrial Co., Ltd. has officially commenced operations at its new 37,500 m² manufacturing facility in Nikhom Phattana, Rayong — marking a significant milestone in the group’s four-decade journey from Taiwan to Southeast Asia.
The new plant, situated within Rayong Industrial Zone, represents a major investment in Thailand’s manufacturing future. Strategically positioned just 45 km from Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port and 135 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the facility is purpose-built to serve the growing demand for precision aluminium components across the global automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
A Facility Built for the Next Generation of Manufacturing
Spanning 37,500 m² (23.5 Rai), the Rayong plant houses NDC Industrial’s full suite of advanced forming technologies — including Squeeze Casting (Semi-Solid Metal), Rotary Forging, and Flow Forming — supported by complete in-house capabilities in mold making, CNC machining, surface treatment, assembly, and packaging.
The facility operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification, with IATF 16949 automotive quality certification currently in progress — reflecting NDC Industrial’s commitment to meeting the highest international manufacturing standards.
Bringing Decades of Expertise to Thailand
NDC Industrial is backed by over 40 years of group experience in aluminium forming, rooted in Yuan Liang Machine Co., Ltd., founded in Taiwan in 1977. With additional facilities in Guangdong, China, the Thailand plant marks the group’s third major manufacturing hub — and its most advanced to date.
